The media relations & development coordinator works to connect new and existing audiences with Unbound’s innovative approach to challenging global poverty. Within a collaborative team environment, the coordinator assists the market development director in building relationships with prospective Unbound supporters, members of the media, and community organizations.
This position requires a positive and engaging collaborative spirit, sharp communication skills, a methodical attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.

The Product Development Specialist is responsible for leading the strategic innovation and refinement of the most valued feature in a sponsor’s experience: correspondence between sponsored friends and their sponsor. This role supports Unbound’s strategic priorities relative to retention and advocacy, a prerequisite of which is high levels of satisfaction.
This role will define the vision for correspondence strategy, build and execute a roadmap for and champion optimization and innovation of the sponsors’ correspondence experience. They will analyze correspondence and satisfaction data and incorporate diverse input to inform the roadmap. The Product Development Specialist will work with Unbound’s leadership to effectively adopt recommended changes. They will focus on high satisfaction by the sponsor with experience offerings related to correspondence with sponsored friends. Examples include receiving letters and photos, mobile app utilization and the further diversification of correspondence methods.
The position will also be responsible for championing specifically identified, key moment-of-truth journeys that impact the Unbound sponsor experience. Moments of truth are key events most influential to the overall experience. This individual will focus on correspondence sponsors receive and their experience at these critical points in the journey, such as new sponsor onboarding and the end of a relationship with a sponsored friend.

Unbound is seeking a support services specialist to work in our Child Services department. The support services specialist is an integral, active team member of the department. The candidate should demonstrate a desire to serve families living in poverty. This role embraces the purpose of the organization by working collaboratively with team members and all co-workers at Unbound.
The Support Services Specialist works within a team to assist department managers in providing support to a variety of individuals, teams, and functions. The main focus of support is with reviewing records, campaigns, update requests, verifying photos and photo printing. The purpose of the Support Services Specialist role is to expand overall expertise for Child Services in these areas and to offer regular support to co-workers to accomplish the work of Unbound in a supportive, harmonious team environment.
Qualifications: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferably in a related field such as photo printing, printing, photography, art, or, machine shop and six months related experience and/or training in these fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Associated Press style writing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills preferred but not required.
